Author Guidelines

How to submit and register

 

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit abstract and/or full paper for presentation in English. If you are interested in a presentation at the conference, an abstract should be submitted  to the Manuscriptportal.com Online Submission Panel or sent to ICMSconferences@gmail.com

The abstract should be 150-200 words long and should present the purpose of the research, the relevance of the problem, the methods and the main findings. You need to include 3 to 5 keywords. You are expected to include author's information (full name, affiliation, country, and email address) in the abstract.

 

Important Dates:

  • Abstract submission:  August 10, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance - 7-10 days after abstract submission
  • Deadline for Earlybird Registration (For the accepted papers) - July 20, 2025
  • Deadline for Regular Registration (For the accepted papers) - August 20, 2025

Fees for registration for participants are as bellow:

  As a virtual/hybrid presenter:

  • your asynchronous video presentation file will be published online on the conference website and its official social media outlets
  • your abstract will be published in the conference proceedings book with an ISBN
  • you will receive the softcopy of the conference proceedings
  •  you will receive the certificate of the presentation
  • Your full paper will be reviewed for journal publication

Journal submission deadline (in APA 7th Edition format- 5500-7500 words including references): September 01, 2025

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions of full papers for accepted and registered abstracts must meet the following requirements.

  • This submission meets the requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
  • This submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another conference for consideration.
  • All references have been checked for accuracy and completeness.
  • All tables and figures have been numbered and labeled.
  • Permission has been obtained to publish all photos, datasets and other material provided with this submission.
