Registration and Fees

Prospective authors are kindly invited to submit abstract and/or full paper for presentation in English. If you are interested in a presentation at the conference, an abstract should be submitted through the Online Submission Panel or be sent to ICMSconferences@gmail.com

The abstract should be 150-200 words long and should present the purpose of the research, the relevance of the problem, the methods and the main findings. You need to include 3 to 5 keywords. You are expected to include author's information (full name, affiliation, country, and email address) in the abstract.

 

Important Dates: (These dates will not be extended)

  • Abstract submission:  September 10, 2025
  • Notification of Acceptance - 7-10 days after abstract submission
  • Deadline for Regular Registration (For the accepted papers) - September 20, 2025

  As a virtual/hybrid presenter:

  • your asynchronous video presentation file will be published online on the conference website and its official social media outlets
  • your abstract will be published in the conference proceedings book with an ISBN
  • you will receive the softcopy of the conference proceedings
  •  you will receive the certificate of the presentation
  • Your full paper will be reviewed for journal publication
