Cancellation & Refund Policies

ICMS hopes everyone who registers for the conference will be able to attend; however, ICMS knows extenuating circumstances do occur. The ICMS Cancellation and Refund Policies are as follows:

Conference Refund and Cancellation Policy

The ICMS Conference Cancellation and Refund Policy will be as follows to assure consistency and is applicable to the annual ICMS conference.

  • Conference registration for in-person canceled on or before June 30, 2025, is refundable but subject to a €50 administrative fee.
  • Conference registration for virtual presentation canceled on or before June 30, 2025, is refundable but subject to a €25 administrative fee.

 

  • Conference registration for in-person canceled on or before July 30, 2025, is refundable but subject to a €120 administrative fee.
  • Conference registration for virtual presentation canceled on or before July 30, 2025, is refundable but subject to a €50 administrative fee.

 

  • Registrants canceling on or after August 1, 2025, will NOT receive a refund. The refund and cancellation policy will not be waived. Registration fees may be transferred to another individual; the invoice for the new registration will be revised to reflect the new registrant's membership status.
  • In the event ICMS must cancel the conference due to unforeseen circumstances, ICMS will refund the cost of registration.

 

Unforeseen Circumstances Defined for Refund and Cancellation Policies

Unforeseen circumstances is used to describe an event that is unexpected and prevents ICMS from continuing with a conference, training, or webinar. Examples of such circumstances can include but are not limited to, inclement weather or other natural disasters, site unavailability, technology challenges, and presenter absence.
